Sorry for the extended blog absence. I have been traveling for work ...alot! I basically traveled non stop from November to February. Because of that, I had plenty of time to READ. Below are some of my book reviews from Goodreads!

Twilight by Stephenie Meyer

I read the ultra-popular Twilight novel. I actually, listened to it on audiobook on a long business trip, and then read the paperback during my nightly reading. I was skeptical about the whole "vampire" theme, and I was correct in thinking, I am not imaginative enough to read a fantasy book such as this. I will admit Meyer did write a novel that keeps you engaged. But, I will not be continuing the series.

Escape by Carolyn Jessop

This author's story is horrifying!! She isn't a great writer, and maybe should have hired a better co-author. However, the story of her life and escape from a polygamist compound is fascinating. It is unbelievable that this life exists in the USA. I definitely recommend reading this autobiography. The paperback version is now available.
