So, who is this... Well, I didn't know either. But, he was on my flight last week out of Paducah. Evidentally this is Matt Hughes, 9 time UFC welter weight champion. People in the airport (men) were making a big deal out of him. Posing for pictures, asking for autographs, the whole nine yards.
This girl on the plane and I tried to ask him what he was doing in Paducah. We couldn't understand a word he said. Maybe he's had a few too many punches in the head.

I'll have to tell Ryan - he watches UFC. I hope he's won lots of money in those fights - it sounds like he'll need it for medical bills.
Sadly, I know who that is, too. UFC is a regularly watched show here, although I'm usually just listening and on my laptop while hubby watches. ;)
